Terms of Service

These Terms govern your subscription to the ENPLABS Quant & Global Macro Pro Pass ("the Service"), operated by ENPLABS VENTURES. By subscribing, you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Service Is

The Service is a research and data subscription: a daily briefing on macro liquidity, derivatives positioning, and on-chain conditions, drawn from named public sources, plus visibility into the live status of our own AEGIS systematic models. It is not a signal service, and the model telemetry we show is a supplementary feature of the subscription, not the product itself.

2. Not Investment Advice

Nothing in the Service constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Cryptocurrency and derivatives are volatile and can result in the loss of your entire investment. Past performance of our models, including any simulation or forward-test results we publish, does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions.

3. Billing and Cancellation

• The Pro Pass is billed monthly at $24.90 CAD or annually at $249 CAD, charged in advance via Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period.
• Charges already processed are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe there has been a billing error, contact us at [email protected] and we will review it in good faith.

4. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee any level of return, win rate, or drawdown limit for the AEGIS models or any figure published in the daily briefing. Simulation and forward-test figures are historical measurements of a specific period and methodology, not a promise about future performance.

5. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for verifying any data point that matters to a decision you make, for your own risk management, and for complying with the laws applicable to you when trading or investing.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ENPLABS VENTURES' total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, or decisions made in reliance on the Service.

7. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update these Terms or change the content and pricing of the Service. Continued use of the Service after a change to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
